Peccole Ranch is located in the southwest, adjacent to the Queensridge development, and is comprised of 12 communities including five gated communities. There are approximately 3,600 homes, which were designed by a variety of builders. Home styles range from condos and smaller single-family homes to semi-custom houses and luxury homes.
Most of the homes in Peccole Ranch were built from the mid-1980s to the late 1990s. Peccole Ranch is located directly west of the Las Vegas Strip off of Sahara Avenue.
This community has excellent public schools that are part of the Clark County School District, as well as a couple of choice private schools. The community’s elementary school was designed to be within walking distance of any of its developments with the added safety of not having to cross a major street.
